Scholarships —

We are now accepting applications for our scholarship program for state facilities professionals. Open to non-member and member state representatives, the scholarship is designed to help cover travel-related expenses— including airfare, hotel, and more— with traveling to and from, as well as attending, the conference.

Sponsorships —

NASFA's conference gives your company an opportunity to generate awareness of your facility products and services in the state facility marketplace. NASFA state member representatives are key procurement decision makers and influencers in their respective states' facility departments. Putting your brand in front of this highly influential group will better position your company for public sector success in 2025.

To make hotel reservations in the NASFA block, use the dedicated “Book Your Stay” button below (no code is necessary). The public reservation form via the hotel website will not offer the NASFA rate. This is a dedicated reservation form for NASFA attendees only. If you have any trouble making a reservation, please send us an email.

NASFA Rates:
$189.00 single/double occupancy for king or double/double rooms, plus 13.82% applicable taxes.  Based on availability of standard rooms, the rate is valid three (3) days prior and post of the conference. This rate is available beginning Monday, May 12 through Saturday, May 24, 2025.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

    • NASFA encourages you to MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS EARLY because once the rooms in the NASFA block are gone they are gone, even if that's before the deadline.

    • The hotel will most likely be SOLD OUT during our conference.

    • BEFORE YOU CANCEL a reservation, PLEASE contact NASFA to offer your reservation to another attendee.

  • The Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Downtown does NOT offer a shuttle to and from the airport.

  • Parking is available to the hotel guests at a cost of $22.00 per day for self-parking, $22.00 per day for overnight parking and $27.00 per day for valet parking.
