Important Information

Registration Includes —

  • Three (3) breakfasts, two (2) lunches, two (2) receptions and refreshment breaks.

  • Access to session presentations, the expo, pre & post participant list, networking suite and tremendous opportunities for the exchange of information and interaction.

  • Conference materials.

Registration Process —

  • Single day registrations are not permitted, except for Utah State employees who may register for single day registrations.

  • Split registrations are not permitted.

  • Individuals without name badges will not be admitted into the expo, sessions or any food functions.

  • Only registered attendees are permitted to participate.

  • Refrain from inviting non-registered individuals to join you at events; they will not be permitted admission. The only exception is the networking suite, where non-registered individuals are permitted.

Payments —

  • NASFA must receive registration pre-payment in the form of a credit card or purchase order.  Any registration form received without payment will not be processed.

  • Pre-registration is required by May 8, 2025, otherwise conference materials may not be available on-site.

Substitutions —

  • No substitutions after May 8, 2025.

  • Make a substitution for an individual that's already a registered attendee, via this form.

Cancellations —

  • All cancellations must be received in writing.

  • Cancellations e-mailed on or before May 8, 2025 will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee.

  • Registration fees will NOT be refunded after May 8, 2025.

  • Email cancellations to nasfa@csg.org.
