The Big Picture — Aligning Planning with Systemwide Goals

Creating a harmonious relationship between local and state agencies is essential for efficient governance and community well-being. Collaboration between entities can lead to seamless processes and integrated systems. By aligning the stories from Westfield State University and Bridgewater State University, this webinar will showcase how the state of Massachusetts bridged perspectives through a statewide assessment. Join us to learn how facility condition assessments, ADA assessments, and climate resiliency assessments used by various groups can answer different questions for long-term planning, how a big picture lens can be applied to local organizations, identify the data that matters, and align project scopes to leverage success.
