Mike Carroll
is a Senior Project Manager and licensed master electrician for FOS of CannonDesign. With over 25 years of cross-market experience supervising and performing electrical assessments, installations, and maintenance of major electrical systems, Mike naturally bridges the gap between boots-on-the-ground client representatives and FOS facility assessment teams. Serving as the Electrical Compliance and Reliability Manger for 8 wind farms throughout the United States, Mike took great pride in understanding the operational requirements and goals of each site manager; his strong focus on collaboration and teamwork are key contributors to his successful project execution.

Matt Clough is Senior Developer/Programmer with FOS of CannonDesign. Experienced in a variety of software languages, environments, and platforms. Matt is adept at working with clients to solve challenges through software application development. Matt’s experience is specific to facilities asset management solutions in markets including higher education, PK-12, healthcare, aviation, defense, and more. Dr. Jennifer Lynch is the Baltimore County’s Director of Educational Partnership. As the Director of Educational Partnerships, Dr. Jennifer Lynch serves as the bridge between Baltimore County Government and the Baltimore County School System, providing guidance and recommendations to the County Executive on school-related issues. She has over 20 years of experience as an executive leader in both public and private sectors. Her core strengths include innovative leadership, resource management, financial acumen, talent development, public relations, facilities oversight, program management, government relations, cross-team facilitation, and business partnership development. Paul Mills is the Senior Vice President, K-12 Strategy with CannonDesign. Paul Mills is CannonDesign's National PK-12 Strategist with 24 years of AEC industry experience delivering professional services for educational clients nationwide, including strategic capital planning, stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision support, facility condition and functional adequacy assessment, funding acquisition, and program management for design and construction.
